About Our Jewellery
All our pieces are handmade from polymer clay, meaning each piece is one of a kind and differences such as colour, texture and slight imperfections make each piece unique. 
We also use surgical grade stainless steel for the metal components, which is incredibly durable, tarnish resistant and ideal for sensitive skin.

Jewellery Care
Surgical grade stainless steel is designed for long term wear and requires minimal maintenance. Some tarnishing may occur over time due to factors such as skincare products, cosmetics, perfume, humidity, pollution and even a persons PH. We recommend gently wiping your pieces with a soft cloth to help preserve the finish, Although durable, polymer clay is slightly flexible and can be broken if bent, dropped or handled roughly. We recommend that the pieces be handled with care and stored in a dry protected place like a jewellery box. 

Shipping & Returns
We aim to ship your order within 48 hours, however some peak periods such as Christmas, sales events and new product launches can increase this time frame. If you require your order urgently, please feel free to reach out on our email below and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you receive a damaged product please contact us at info@honeyandmeadow.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
